I can't restart to factory reset and the letter A won't work on the keyboard

I've tried resetting to factory settings but it seems to be a problem and the letter A on the keyboard doesn't work

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Could you provide me with the exact model of the PC? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Have you tried to check with an alternate USB keyboard?

Alternatively, you can also try to unplug this keyboard and try to use On-screen keyboard and check if that works?

How are you trying to perform a factory reset on the PC? Is it from the partition or using the recovery media

What exactly seems to be an issue with the PC?
