Hi
I cant connect your PC to your WiFi either.
Now if you like some practical help....
Make, Model ans OS, along with the SKU: if you can.
ID the WiFI adadpter in Device Manager or
WInKey + R and type msinfo32 (line 9 gives the SKU:)
When you done that, WinKey + R and type cmd.exe pause
Then type these 4 lines individually and write down the answers (or try copy and paste) and post them back please.
ping LOOPBACK
netsh lan show interfaces
netsh wlan show drivers
netsh wlan show interfaces
If in doubt please ask.
