Welcome. In order to help, the model complete number is needed, there are many different models in the AIO 23 line. Also, since this is Windows 8, has this PC never been around a WiFi before and this is a new adventure or has something happened and the WiFi does not connect anymore? Is this the original installed version of Windows 8 with no updates, a new install or a reinstall and the WiFi drivers are missing?
Check in Device Manager to see if any devices are missing drivers besides the WiFi or if the drivers are installed and just not connecting. Please fill-in all the details
