the net work adaptor is Realtek RT 8188ee 802.11 bgn but it doesnt sens the mirascreen and it has ony one antenna.

wifi direct kick in but still nothing .I can connect to mira cast with all my other devices to apple and androind,pc part of the mirascreen but not my desktop unless I use a usb wifi  card.

WPA2 WAS OK. THANKYOU. I RESET MY NETWORK AND REBOOT THE SYSTEM THEN I SET IPV6 IN WIFI DIRECT NETWORK ADAPTER TO AUTO AND REBOOT AGAIN, NOW IT WORKS LIKE A CHARM, THANK YOU FOR PUTTING ME IN RIGHT DIRECTION.

What security type are your running?

 

I have EZcast on WPA2-persoinal and I recall having to select that type as whatever I had before was no longer any good.
