I have been having an issues lately where my internet just gives out on my pc. My wife works fine but my PCs internet just dies. When I try to open a webpage on chrome it gives me an SSL certificate error but that’s not the actual issue. I went into my BIOS and did a component check on my wired network and I got a failure ID: M4XR6K-A4GB4N-QF8U2J-8D9U03. If you have any idea what this means or how to fix it I would appreciate it.

With a failure ID from the diagnostics, that usually means the component has failed. Since that is a on board device, usually not replaceable. Since that motherboard has no PCI slots, then a USB adapter is the best bet or use the WiFi instead of Ethernet
FYI: did this start after the upgrade to Windows 11 or did Windows 11 cause this failure?.
