Product: HP EliteDesk 800 35W G2 Desktop Mini PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought an Elitedesk 800 G2 mini without any wifi installed.

 

I just checked the hardware manual from HP and got to know that I can install M.2 wifi card and external antennae.

 

I wonder the following:

1. Would Intel 8265 Wifi+BT card would work with my computer although the specification stated up to 8260?

2. Doesn't it have to be whitelisted in the system such as BIOS?

3. Would the installation void the warranty?

Any reason you don't choose the simpler option of install a USB wifi dongle?
