HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Purchased a new computer, windows 11, i7 and trying to set up.  When I get to the screen to connect to a network, I choose my network, and get the message no internet, secured.  I'm unable to move past this screen.

 

My TV, phones and another computer are connected to the internet, and all the options to trouble shoot, you have to have access to the computer, which I do not.

 

HELP!!
