Hi

You have a HP All-in-One - 20-r202in (ENERGY STAR) with a slow network connection?

Troubleshooting

https://support.hp.com/gb-en/product/hp-20-r200-all-in-one-desktop-pc-series/9259693/model/9329517

792200-001 Wireless LAN -B NAMI BGN 1x1 BT4 CB

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04717159

So it may be possible to replace the WiFi adapter.

Try this...

C:\>ping internetbeacon.msedge.net

Pinging cs9.wpc.v0cdn.net [152.199.19.161] with 32 bytes of data:

Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 15ms, Maximum = 28ms, Average = 19ms

Please post your results.
