Is there a WiFi whitelist on p7-1423w would like to upgrade from a sinlge band mini pcie card to a dual band one

Hi:

 

There isn't any that I know of.

 

This person installed an Intel 7260 on an older PC than yours...

You will need to have two antennas in there.  A dual band wifi card won't work with only one antenna.
