Keyboard not working

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I recently switched all my computer stuff to a new office. When I hooked my PC back up the plug in Audio quit working and so did the keyboard. Mouse works fine. The weird part of it all is when I have my pc locked the key board will only them let me typ the password in but after that quits working? HELP!!!

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

When was the last time it worked without these issues? 

 

In the meantime, please try the steps mentioned below:

 

Look's like a driver conflict, Follow this link, Do a quick search with the product number, select the right operating system, and update the chip-set drivers and the audio drivers.
