Hi @Sipho_RSA,

Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community! I came across your post and wanted to assist you. I understand you are having issues with the LAN and WLAN drivers get disabled and the only way to restore is to reinstall Windows. Don't worry I'll do my best to help you with this,

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Have you recently made any changes before the issue started?

Have you checked If this happens on another network?

While you respond, I would suggest this could be due to several factors, It could be that your network is hacked, or it could be an issue with the router or with your Internet Service Provider. As you are having issues not just with this PC but few other notebooks and desktop PC.

I would suggest you contact your router manufacturer or your Internet Service Provider and let me know how it goes for further assistance.

Please respond to this post with the details for further assistance.

Eagerly waiting for your response!

I hope you have a good day ahead,

And Feel free to ask your queries as this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help.
