Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest Intel chipset driver for your model PC.

 

Download, unzip and run the setup application.

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver.

Then install the latest W10 ethernet driver directly from Realtek.

 

Select the W10 file, download, unzip and run the setup application.
