Laptop wont go online

my laptop is connected to a wifi. but when i go online, it only says can't connect to server. but if i turn on my laptops hotspot. the devices that is connected to my laptops hotspot doesn't have a problem connecting to the internet.

This seems to be a config problem.

So if you do 3 pings, and post the results please...

The adapter...

C:\>ping 127.0.0.1

Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),

The GateWay (mine is 192.168.0.1 but some are 192.168.1.1)

C:\>ping 192.168.0.1
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),

Finally the Internet Beacon...

C:\>ping 13.107.4.52

Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),

The GateWay address and then DNS Server numbers are also important....
