Hello. I lost USB receiver from keyboard and mouse hp pavilion 800 (s/n [Personal Information Removed]). How can I solve this problem? Thank you!

do you know if this model uses a 'universal' dongle
It is rather new, some keyboard / mouse models can have a usb dongle, replaceable, or conversely, use another keyboard of the same type with the same receiver
But for many model if the dongle is lost, everything needs to be replaced
In any case, you will have to contact the hp service in your country.

If you lose the dongle, the complete Keyboard / Mouse Kit needs to be replaced
