Hi firstly i know I am operating Windows 10 but not 100% sure it is 64 bit. My problem I was working on laptop via wifi fine, then there was an update to citrix qorkspace hich I use for work so I downloaded it, next the screen went blank and a message came up fix stage 1, 2 & 3. When the laptop restarted I had no wifi adapter. I am currently wired via ethernet cable but my offer does not have acces to the router so need to use wifi. When I try to fix via trouble shooter I get option to connect to wifi but it says compute r will restart in 5 mins, I cant connect, and then it restarts. Where I use to have wifi signal I now have a world shape, any ideas how i Get my wofi option back
