I am getting very low wi-fi speeds of less that 50 MBPS, on our optical fibre connection with 300 MBPS bandwidth.  I get speeds up to 300 MBPS on my phone as well as Microsoft Surface Pro 6 running Windows 11, in the same room on the same desk, so the location of the HP Desktop is not likely an issue.  I do get the maximum speed if I connect the HP Desktop to the router with an ethernet cable.  I tried contacting HP Customer support, but they are totally clueless, and want me to completely reload the operating system with no guarantee that it would work.  They decline to even open a case ID or send a technician if I do not agree to reload the operating system.  I am not ready to undertake the major task of full data back up to reload the operating system, purely based on guesswork.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  HP Customer Support sucks!!!
