Mi PC no detecta toda la velocidad de wifi de 5 Ghz

Ayuda, contraté Wifi de 500 Mbps, y mi pc no revibe toda la intensidad de la señal, solamente detecta 14 mbps, se revisó la configuración de la tarjeta de red, es compatible con 5 Ghz, el módem está configurado correctamente, se instalaron los controladores más actuales, no sé qué más hacer, tengo un adaptador de red realtek rtl8821CE
