Hello, @AZHAR-KHAN – Hope you are well 🙂
Thank you for becoming an HP Forum member. It is a great location to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!
I see that you are having issues while using the Bluetooth mouse on your PC. Did you check the battery in your mouse? My wireless mouse will stop responding intermittently when the battery is down / low. Try to replace the battery and see if that helps.
If the issue persists, update the Bluetooth drivers. Here are the steps:
-
Click Start button, enter Device Manager into the search field, and then select Device Manager from the list.
-
Right-click the name of your Bluetooth Adapter and select Update Driver Software.
-
Follow the screens to install an updated driver if one is available.
If Device Manager does not find an updated driver, you can check the wireless adapter manufacturer's Web site.
-
If no updates available, right-click and uninstall the Bluetooth drivers. Once done, restart the PC so that the Windows will automatically reinstall the drivers.
Now, disconnect the USB dongle from the USB port and reconnect to a different USB port and check.
Those steps should do the trick, let me know the outcome!
Good luck 🙂
