My Bluetooth no longer shows up under device manager.

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion all-in-one 24-b217c
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Bluetooth recently quit working on my HP Pavilion all-in-one 24-b217c . I have tried updating drivers and even reset Windows but neither helped. I think the problem is related to error in device manager "unknown usb device" (device descriptor request failed) error 43. I ran diagnostics test for hardware but it did not show any problem. I do not know what to try next.

Please download and install Intel Bluetooth Driver (Windows 10):

 

  https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp84001-84500/sp84411.exe
