Product: OMEN by HP Desktop PC - 880-125se
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The network connection always shows disconnected. I have tested cables, connect laptop and older computer to the same cable and they work. The built in wifi does work fine and I can connect using it. However, when this problem started was intermitting and I was ok because it would come back. Finally, I get a Blue screen of Death and the message that a system thread unhandled exception occurred. I have tried everything and I am thinking about adding a network card, how do I disable the onboard network adapter. Any help would be great, the PC is 4 years old and I need more time before replacement.
