HP Recommended

I have tried every single tip to fix this problem and no solution.

 

I have tried the trouble shoot.

I have tried the changing my device to only allow certain devices but it needs a MAC address which my computer does not have. 

I have tried everything. 

Its not even picking up the 5G connection from my WI-FI router. It is only picking up the other part and other WI-FI.

This is not the first time it happened. I had to do a factory reset and I don't want to have to do that again. Why does this keep happening?

 

I have an HP All-In-One Desktop with Windows 10.
