HP Recommended

I haven't used My MPP 2.0 tilt pen( rechargeable) for a month. While the touch is working just fine, the pen is  not writing neither drawing. It only keeps erasing everything. I have updated my laptop, and I checked  the pen and windows ink settings. I even changed the pen's tip although the pen is still new.  Everything seems fine but i don't know where is the source of the problem, so what should i do?
