Hi @MrSoul,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Run Windows Update: Ensure that your Windows 11 is up to date by running Windows Update. This is important because updates often include fixes for driver-related issues. You can do this by:

  • Opening the Settings app.
  • Navigating to "Update & Security."
  • Clicking on "Windows Update" and selecting "Check for updates."

HP Support Assistant: Use the HP Support Assistant to check for driver updates specific to your HP laptop.

  • HP Support Assistant is typically pre-installed on HP devices. You can access it via the Start Menu by typing "HP Support Assistant."
  • Once open, check for updates and install any available driver updates.

Device Manager Troubleshooting:

  • Open Device Manager by right-clicking on the Start button and selecting "Device Manager."
  • Locate the network adapters and Bluetooth devices.
  • If there is an error symbol, right-click on the device and select "Update driver."
  • Opt to search the web for updated driver software.

Uninstall and Reinstall Drivers:

  • In Device Manager, if updating the driver does not work, right-click on the device with the error symbol and select "Uninstall Device."
  • After uninstalling, restart your laptop. Windows should automatically reinstall the driver.

Download Drivers from HP's Website:

Restart Your Laptop: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.

Check BIOS Settings: Occasionally, WiFi and Bluetooth settings can be disabled at the BIOS level.

  • Restart your laptop and enter BIOS settings (usually by pressing F10 or ESC during boot).
  • Ensure WiFi and Bluetooth are enabled.

I hope this helps.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍
