http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe
It may fix the problem for you. If not, post back full error message(s).

Hi
First of all I would note the IP address of the PC and then the Printer.
Then I would try and ping the printer from the PC.
If you get a positive response then try adding a new printer using the IP address of the printer.
If in doubt please ask.
