My hp jaserjet pro MNF M225dn is not installing and or responding to commands. what is the problem?

the printer stopped responding to printing command from the pc only the scanning and photocopying functions are accepting.

Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! After reading your post I see that you are getting issues while printing on Hp laserjet m225dn printer. I would like to help you out with this issue today.

 

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • How is the printer connected to computer, wired or wireless?
  • Are you getting any error message while printing?

Meanwhile:

 

Perform a hard reset on the printer.

  • Remove the power cable from the printer when it is turned on.
  • Press and hold the power button for 30secs.
  • Connect the power cable to the printer and directly to the wall outlet.
  • Turn on the printer.

Reply with the result of the above-mentioned steps, for further assistance.
