Hello,

 

I need Windows 10 64bit bluetooth drivers for the Envy Phoenix H9 1400t. I believe the adapter is RaLink RT5390R.

Hi:

 

The  Ralink RT5390R is a single band, non Bluetooth wifi adapter.

 

Your PC does not come with built in Bluetooth networking.
