Hello, so this morning when i turned on my laptop, it was disconnected from the internet. on the internet icon there is so options to connect to my wi-fi. it just doesn’t come up with any options. i have restarted my wi-fi, laptop and troubleshoot and still nothing. I spoke to windows and we went through a few things to see if that would help and we had no luck so the lady told me to try and contact you to see if you would know how to help.
