Bluetooth doesn't seem to be detecting any devices, visited MS support and they suggested that 

"Probably the Bluetooth does not work because from your manufacturer there are only drivers for your PC up to Windows 10, there are not for Windows 11, so it is likely that the Bluetooth drivers you have are not compatible with Windows 11."

is there any solution to this?

What model Wi-Fi adapter does your PC come with?

 

While there may not be W11 drivers on your PC's support page, they may exist for the Wi-Fi adapter from another model PC that does have W11 drivers.

BTW i also tried to use a bluetooth dongle but it has stopped working (contacted the manufacture and they said it's a problem with the drivers

Here are the latest W10/W11 drivers for the RTL8821CE wifi adapter:

If there is no Bluetooth device manager category showing up at all in the device manager, it is unlikely the Bluetooth driver will install.

 

Unfortunately, I don't know how you will get the Bluetooth to show up if it isn't.

Bluetooth device manager is already present with my current drivers (it's just that they just keep on loading when attempting to connect a new device)
