Error shown collecting info- goes to100% then freezes. MEMORY-MANAGEMENT. Switched off then cannot connect to anything

How many sticks of RAM are there inside your computer? 

How much RAM, in total?

If you have more than one stick of RAM, remove one stick, and restart, to see if you still get the same error-message.
