Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0023w

Network states it is connected, but there is no internet activity (have the Ethernet symbol). This is the only computer in our Church that is having this issue. I have tried restore points, old network drivers. At this point the only thing that I have not tried is to completely reset windows to a fresh install state.

 

The funny thing is I can still access our file server that we have and there no issue transferring files between them, but I cannot access our PTZ Cam's web interface. I can also Ping local device, but nothing like google.

 

Network Troubleshooter does not find anything wrong.

 

Updating Drivers does not work. (Most recent Ver. 10.051.0811.2021)

-> Nor does rolling back to an older version.

 

Steps that work for 2-3 Weeks and then need to be repeated:
- Reset Network Settings (Windows settings)
- netsh int ip reset
- netsh advfirewall reset
- netsh winsock reset
- ipconfig / flushdns
- ipconfig / release
- ipconfig / renew
