I have a new UP Envy 6455e all-in-one-printer that I cannot wirelessly connect to my computer. I am using an Apple Express router. The WIFi on my computer is turned on. Several times I followed the procedure described in the HP instructions.  I do recall learning from my experience in trying to connect an iRobot that an Apple Express router has just a single band but that there are dual band routers. Could my single band router be the problem? I have a dual bank router that I have not setup yet and could do so f that is required. Thanks for any suggestions.

Update. I just made the connection and don't see how I can cancel the request help. I don't know why it finally connected but did notice that one tape had not be removed, the one inside the interior that protruded outside. I removed it and then connection was made. And obviously a dual bank router is not required.
