Product: HP ALL In one 24-F0046
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I upgraded to 400mgps speed and I get that everywhere WiFi is accepted. On my phone, laptop, tablet no problems. 

But on my home computer I am using Ethernet CAT6 directly to my Spectrum Router and only get about 150mgps. 

Must be a stupid hardware software issue that is bottle-necking me down but I am not sure. 

I do have a Network Card 10/100/1000 

Any Ideas?
