Upgraded my HP Pro3130 to W10. No drivers are shown for Ethernet port. says it needs PCI Simple controller driver

Hi:

 

You need this driver which should have no bearing on why the ethernet adapter isn't working.

 

This package installs the Intel Management Engine Interface Driver on supported desktop models that are running a supported operating system.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp50001-50500/sp50124.exe

 

If the ethernet adapter was missing a driver, right where you see the PCI Simple Communications Controller listed, there would also be an ethernet controller device listed.
