You should contact the sales site directly, and if you know the delivery man you are using, contact them
Just a guess, because already seen this
the product is shipped (so check if it has been done with the seller)
the delivery person, arrives at destination, but no one, or does not find, he leaves with the package
For the record, we were very shocked, a neighbor is delivered (maybe not for HP, whatever)
The guy stopped, put the package on the road (on the other side), and left !!
