The photo editor is playing up, very slow generally but when you go to crop the photo it won't hold the crop and reverts to the original.

The comment lacks context.

 

That is, we have no idea what you are doing, which software you are using, or whether the editor is of HP design.

 

We do not know if / what you have tried to solve the issue.

 

No Operating System information is included.  This is important.

 

We do not know whether you are using a mobile or PC device to print / edit then perhaps send to an unknown printer of unknown manufacture.

 

I know it seems obvious when sitting in front of the problem.

"Not so much" from out here.
