Hi @TonyB143,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

1. Check Network Connectivity:

Ensure that your printer is properly connected to the network. Verify that your printer displays a connected status on its control panel.

2. Restart Devices:

Power cycle your printer, wireless router, and the device running the wireless app. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.

3. Update Printer Firmware:

Make sure your printer’s firmware is up-to-date. You can check for firmware updates on the HP Support website.

4. Wireless Network Setup:

From the Control Panel: Use the printer control panel to set up the wireless network again. Press the Wireless button, and then navigate to Wireless Setup Wizard. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your wireless network.

5. Reinstall App:

If the app is not detecting your printer, try reinstalling the wireless app to ensure it is properly installed and updated.

6. Printer Software Installation:

Ensure that you have installed the complete printer software and driver package from the HP website. Incorrect or incomplete software installations can lead to detection issues.

7. Check Printer IP Address:

Find the printer’s IP address from the control panel and manually enter this IP address in the wireless app to detect your printer.

I hope this helps.
