Problema de sonido en pc all-in-one

Tengo un pc all-in-one que dejo de funcionar los parlantes, utilicea las herramientas de windows para deteccion y correccion, reinstale los controladores bajos de hp y sigue sin funcionar, alguien sabe como solucionar.

One of the features of Microsoft Edge is the ability to translate a highlighted block of text to English, e.g.,

‎I have an all-in-one PC that stopped working the speakers, use the windows tools for detection and correction, reinstall the low hp drivers and it still does not work, someone knows how to fix.‎

Other than trying a different set of speakers, I have no advice.
