I HAVE THE RALINK RT 3290 WIRELESS CARD. but after I upgraded my pc from windows 8.1 to 10 the Bluetooth disappeared and even in the device manager it is shown in the hidden devices I have tried installing drivers uninstalling it and restarting the pc but nothing works please help

Have you run a wireless card test on your computer?
Install updates using the HP Website? If not, click here to find and install the latest wifi drivers, bios and chipset drivers as well.
Download and install the HP Hardware diagnostics tool from this link.
Once installed, shut down your computer.
Wait for a minute.
Turn the computer On and keep tapping F2 repeatedly on startup to enter system diagnostics.
Select the component test and run a wireless test on your computer.
Refer to this HP Article for assistance.
If the test fails or does not detect the wireless card, it could be faulty.
