Hi, A related question. If the machine had Bluetooth upon purchase and then Bluetooth goes missing in Device Manager and BIOS does not show Bluetooth as well. This is a real situation and I wonder how can the Bluetooth be enabled then.

Hi:
If this is the model PC you are referring to in a different post...a HP Pavilion 27-n201d TouchSmart All-in-One Desktop PC...the parts list indicates that it comes with an Intel 3165AC wifi/Bluetooth adapter.
I do not know of any software/W10 issues that are affecting that model wifi card, so I would have to assume since you don't see it in the BIOS or in the device manager, the Bluetooth chip on the wireless card's circuit board has failed.
The entire wifi card would need to be replaced in order to fix the problem.
I think the easiest thing to do since the wifi is still working, would be to purchase an external USB Bluetooth adapter.

HP Pavilion 27-n201d TouchSmart All-in-One Desktop PC is exactly right and Bluetooth adapter is also what I have got to work around the issue. Glad to see an answer other than a long list of software solutions.
