@Erick21 - Did any of these work for you? I am having the same problem. It was working before we went out of town. Left on 9/6/2020 and when we came home on 9/13/2020 it wasn't working. Did several troubleshoots and nothing fixes the problem. I have no wireless connection despite the fact that the device manger says that they are working properly and drivers are up to date. I'm so frustrated. Every time I try to update the BIOS it fails.

- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
- Have you tried updating the system drivers using HP support assistant before updating the BIOS?
