Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

 I have an issue regarding online transaction. I am not able to make online payments using my laptop and have to use other devices. While carring out the procedure it either shows an error... which can happen either before filling OTP or after filling it.

 

                   During my last transaction,  the pocess completed by me entering the the OTP after which the amount was deducted from my account but the screen showed error.

what can be done in this regard ???

 

                 Another issue is that there are a few websites which the PAVILLION doesn't lode even when i have not blocked the cookies. Are these two things related...??
