Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have spent several hours trying to fix this issue following Windows 10 21H1 fresh installation on AIO 23-q128. I have been unable to find the drivers for PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5229&SUBSYS_2b42103C

 

The internal WiFi isn't working. The internal WiFi is showing Intel AC 3160 but I don't think this is correct and should be RealTek.

Additionally, if a USB WiFi is installed it doesn't work either. I have reloaded Windows twice from 21H1 installation media and ran all updates.

 

Please help.

the pci id, would correspond to the card reader!
