Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I  used to be able to scan from my HP ENVY 5660 to my HP desktop.  Now it wants some hardware on my desktop and I cant seem to find what it needs.  I worked find a few months ago.

  • Are you able to make copies using the printer?
  • What is the exact error your receiving?
  • Have you installed the full-featured driver on your computer?
  • How is the printer connected to the device USB or wireless?
