Good Day ! :D

My problem is that when I'm connecting to lan my internet speed is getting slow than using a wifi connection. I've tried many things on the internet and search about this problem but none of them works. The other laptop here when connecting to the lan is working just fine so im suspecting that the problem is in my computer

Things that i've tried:
Reformat my pc
Update the Ethernet drivers
Uninstall the driver and restart
Make the ethernet connection static
reset my ip address

This are my specs:
HP Envy 23
i7-3770S
16gb ram
network adapter : Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller

Thank you in advance ^_^

As I understand you are having issues with slow internet connection on your HP notebook. Don't worry as I have a few steps to help you get through this concern,

Kudos to you for trying out the steps before reaching out to us.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

When did the issue start? Was it after an update or upgrade

When was the last time it worked (date)?

Have you tried to run the test on the adapter?

In the meantime, let's try these steps here:

Let's start off by running a network test on the adapter using F2 (please remember to capture the failure ID for further assistance).

For more details, please follow this link.
