Product: HP All-In-One 24-dfOXXX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sluggish internet about one year of operation. Router seems OK as other devices do not have similar problem

@lchan68 -- if you do not have the  technical skills to trouble-shoot, I think that you should take your computer to a qualified computer technician, for they to trouble-shoot.  Try to find an "owner/operator" computer store -- often cheaper, and more knowledgeable than other technicians.
