Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I posted this problem about a week ago and I got a response telling me that the issue was with my network driver, which was known to do this. Attempts to download new ones to work around the issue have failed. I bought a new part for it and it failed. I've messed with everything short of just getting an ethernet cable but they're incredibly impractical.

My computer stopped connecting to wifi on Christmas Eve 2020, for seemingly no reason. I just turned it on after coming home from work to find it disconnected with no way to reconnect it. I had to do a full system restart (just the setting reset works; thankfully I don't have to wipe all my files but it does make it forget where things are) and that helped for about a day. That's the only thing I've discovered that works and it only lasts 12-24 hours, and I can't live my life doing a full system reset anytime I want to watch a youtube video. It tends to do it between uses as I think this is when it's most likely to "time out", but it's dropped during active use as well. I disallowed it to turn off for power saving and that didn't work. My computer was purchased in late October and has only been active since early November; there's no reason a practically new PC should be doing this and I'm well within the most basic warranty.

I've only managed to talk to an actual human being from HP about it once and was simply transferred to a new number. I stayed on that line for fifteen minutes before the music and automated messages stopped, and another fifteen after that listening to silence,w wonderingif my call had been dropped. I submitted an IT ticket at the beginning of this month and have never gotten a response. I constantly get directed to the near useless "virtual assistant", and once I make it run out of solutions it tries to sell me a service that will make the product I already paid for work. I paid these people to give me a fairly basic PC because it was what I could afford and all I asked was that it worked. I've shed tears over how frustrated I am. I spent Christmas like this and if it goes on another week I'll spend my 20th birthday like this. I'd still like it if I could get this thing working but if I just have to send it back I guess I'll buy a Dell next time; Apple probably wouldn't do this to me but I don't make the money I do to buy a computer from a company that charges 900 bucks for a digital pencil. My first month with it was nice and I felt like I had gotten a good machine for what I paid, and I still feel attached to it. I survived covid with this computer! She runs all the games my last computer couldn't and she comes in a small, sleek build. I named her Princess Carolyn after a cartoon character. Parting with her would not only be incredibly inconvenient (I'd have to wait weeks to get my refund and in that time I'd have no pc, not to mention downloading everything again) but it'd make me sad.
