HP ENVY Rechargeable Mouse 500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In guides for HP ENVY Rechargeable Mouse 500 written that it is possible to switch between 1,600, 1,200, and 800 dpi to adjust control and trackings speed.  Could you explain the way of switching between DPIs in this mouse?

@MikhailKlimenty,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know how to change the DPI on the mouse.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

There is a button on the top of the mouse just below the scroll wheel and you need to press that button to change the DPI.

Refer to the image below.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!

Cheers!
