Product: HP Slimline 450-a24
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm using sp71827.exe driver since Windows 10 2015. I've change Verizon modem from Westell to D-Link. The attached picture is a problem for 3 years. Finger pointing between HP and ISP isn't going to start, if I could prevent it. Yet I know someone in this community has experience this before. Please look at the picture.
