Are you have problems with the letter C & V on your Keyboard with your HP wireless 200 Keyboard/Mouse kit?
I suggest you run a Keyboard Test if you are using it with an HP Computer
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Computer.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Keyboard
If the Test fails please contact HP Support for replacement
