The network signal always come with this yellow sign and prompt "No internet access"

The network  signal always come with this yellow sign and prompt "No internet access" and when i try to access my page it shows me firewall message or trying to reload the browser which does not sort the situation. 
Furthermore troubleshooting suggest turning off firewall but it prompt no internet access.

Hi

 

This may seem wrong for your problem, but run anti-virus whenever you can, as often as you can.

 

If there is a Yellow Triangle/Sign in Device Manager then it may be that the network drivers are a problem.

 

For Internet access you need a working interface, IP address, DNS, Gateway and subnet mask.

 

To try and establish what you have, or what is missing/faulty please try the following commands.....

(they are for windows 10, but are generic enough to hopefully help you).

getmac

ipconfig -all

netsh lan show interfaces
netsh wlan show interfaces

systeminfo
msinfo32

AND post in as much info (non personal) as you can please.
